Thank you   John Epps, Wendy Wagner, and Kyle Mack lending your homes and businesses to conduct our fundraisers. 

Thank you Brian Baccus for donating the laptops.  And thanks to Jamelle Tucker, Lanette Loving, Wendy Wagner, Ms. Melissa Bell  (soon to be Mrs.), Derek Walker, Karin and Kenji, Veronica Loving-Crockum, Lisa Rob- Hosey for donating/buying items for Mothers Day baskets, raffles and/or estate sale support.

Thank you John Moore for the wine, and always showing up at every fundraiser to lend support. And thanks to everyone who participated in the fundraisers.

THE DVD

We realize many of you paid for the DVD with your package, but the cost was discounted (from an actual cost of $46.00). In anticipation of more DVD sales; or greater support from the last fundraiser; game tourney/Catered BBQ at Wendy's). We actually had more people from PHS and other classes (other than 1985).  It was fun, but not very profitable.  

 Oh Yeah THANKS TONY LEWIS FOR CATERING THAT, AND THANKS TANYA OWENS FOR RUNNING THE BAR, MELISSA ON TICKETS, AND COLBY TURNER ON DJ. 

                                                            THE BUDGET

 As mentioned, the budget barely covered hard costs. There are still lab costs, postage packaging, on top of what was paid to film crew, tape, equipment rental, edit materials. If anyone has a delivery urgency then perhaps you can spear head a fundraiser to pay for an outside editor. 

We need $800-$1,000 to pay for an editor and lab costs.  The majority of the editing was already done, gratis. Personally, I am very busy this year.  Last year I participated, and planned  EVERY FUNDRAISER,  in addition to putting up money for said events, and (personally) funded and administrated the web site. I put in hours I really did not have.  Moreover, I had to spend additional money for edit materials needed and possibly on the lab; just so I can also have the privileget of VOLUNTEERing more free hours. 

This year, I have had very little opportunity to work for the reunion. So if anyone is in GREAT URGENCY FOR THE DVD, then one of two things can happen..

     1) Hold fundraiser to pay for an outside editor:

      2) Sale more DVD's to offset production costs. 

OTHERWISE, IF NO ADDITIONAL MONEYS ARE BROUGHT IN, I WILL CONTINUE TO VOLUNTEER TO CUT THE PEICE,  UPON MY AVAILABILITY.
